Radiance Tanning & Wellness opened in Phoenix in 2021 with a simple belief: that every client deserves a team that truly knows what they are doing. Owner Sarah M. made certification a non-negotiable from day one. When Sun is Life came onto their radar, the decision was easy. Within 60 days, all 10 staff members had completed their Salon Operator Certification — and the difference was immediately visible to guests. "Clients notice when your staff actually knows the answers," Sarah says. "It builds trust fast." Today, Radiance holds the highest completion rate of any SIL-certified salon in Arizona.
